What about creating a movie with photos of you or you and him together, plus photos of special places - attached to a song you guys both like....you can use Windows MovieMaker. Then you can upload it to youtube.com and surprise him! You could copy it to a CD/DVD and make a nice cover for it...with a computerized card, suggesting he check out '.....'; on youtube !
