How to politely ask co workers to tone down the perfume?

I am very smell sensitive and almost all my co-workers wear very strong perfume? What's a polite way to ask them to tone it down?

that's a tough one. i personally would go to work-pretend like im not feeling well-let one of your co-workers know(and of course they will ask why) and just say you think its because of all the perfumes and that you are smell sensitive and it sometimes bothers you....to where you get nausea %26amp; headaches from. it wouldnt be like you directly said it to offend anyone. if that doesnt work...honestly i know it can make you feel sick-so talk to your boss about it.How to politely ask co workers to tone down the perfume?
Haha. Come in saying ';Whew, who is wearing that gross perfume?!'; Have a few other people say it to. You can't really ask them to tone it down. Maybe get them some new perfume as a present, or recommend a good one you love that you wouldn't mind smelling all day!

Tell them about how you went to a family gathering where your family was wearing really strong perfume and how it bothered you. They will think its there idea to tone it down
Ask your boss if you can adopt a no-fragrance policy. No perfumes or colognes. We have it at my work (thank god).
When ever you get around them start coughing.
just sneeze alot when you come in close contact with them.

Just tell them their perfume stinks. Or just yell out when it is quiet and say '; What the heck is that smell?'; Did someone take their shoes off? Smells like popcorn in here
Send an e-mail to the whole group so no one thinks you're singling them out. Just be straightforward but polite. Make it clear you're asking for a favor.
Just tell them how you feel. Say they smell wonderful, but you are very sensitive to their fragrance.
Tell them your allergic. you can take a bit but if its too strong then you start to get stuffy
