How can you tell if you are wearing too much perfume?

My sinuses are almost always having problems, and i can't usually smell very well. Is there a way i can prevent myself from putting on too much perfume? I don't want to smell like an old lady.How can you tell if you are wearing too much perfume?

It really depends on what you wear. Perfume is a raw, very pungent liquid, and today, most people only get a fraction of a perfum in an ';eau de toilette'; which is a diluted perfume.





If you have an eau de toilette, one spray is good enough to cast a scent. And remember, people who aren't used to smelling your scent will get it stronger.
Just ask a family member or roomate after putting on diff amounts to find the right amount.. My family can smell perfume a MILE away though, it's so annoying! They complain about the smell of hand lotion, it's so ridiculous.
next time u use perfume ask someone in ur house if u smell like uve been using too much! thats the best way!
