How long will perfume last if still unopened?

This is going to be given as a gift, but still got another month to go. If it is unopened and just sitting in a dark room is it going to be fresh? It is an expensive perfume at over $100 for a bottle and its EDP. I just want to make sure it will be fresh considering it was sitting in a store and now is sitting in a room in a bag.How long will perfume last if still unopened?
It will last for ages. Really!





Perfumes have no expiry date so as long as you keep it closed tightly there won't be any problems.





I know people who kept their perfumes for 10 - 15 years and after opening the perfumes are as good as if they were just bought.





So no worries - it will be fresh.

It's fine as long as you keep the cap on. If you didn't then all it would do is evaporate.





Perfumes don't go bad or anything so it'll last a VERY long time.
