Are there any especially nice brands?How can I chose a good perfume?
You have to find something that suits you, that makes you feel like a million dollars. That's a personal thing.





If you are going shopping for perfume, here's some simple tips ...


1) go in the morning when your sense of smell will be more acute


2) never spary on your wrist, etc, use the dabber strips and spray onto those and away from your body, try not to spray your hands.


3) Sniff the strips gently, like they are delicate flowers, not like your last breath.


4) Bring some coffee beans with you in a small bag, every 5-6 perfumes, take a sniff of the beans to clear your nose


5) Don't rush it, and if it can't find what you like, buy nothing

It is definitly how it smells ON YOU. A lot of people buy perfumes because they smell nice in the bottle, but realise they don't smell good mixed with their own body odour. If you like the smell of a perfume, spray some on and walk around the mall a bit. see how it smells after a while after it mixes with your own smell.





Two GREAT perfumes you might want to try are the Dolce %26amp; Gabbana 'The One', which is what i have and is amazing. Raulph Lauren 'Wild' is also really good, which is what i used to use :) hope this helped.
The perfume you wear can really reflect who you are. Getting the right one takes time and depends on many things like your age, and overall your personality. I have a lot of different ones. If your willing to spend a good amount of money, coco chanel is really nice and compliments a range of women. I HATE when people do 91328470 sprays of perfume so that you cant even breath in the same room as them. Try dong 2 or 3 sprays in the air in front of you and walking into it, it'll make the smell more subtle and not overpowering. A lot of high end perfumes are strong, but a few of the Vera Wangs are nice and not to much. Another nice perfume is Usher, but again, not for everyone. Department stores like Macy's usually give little sample bottles so you could try one on each wrist and let the scent sink in as it can change over time. DO NOT try on a million perfumes at once, it will blend them all together and ensure your headache. hope this helped and good luck finding your perfume!
Choosing perfumes is both about the smell of the perfume and how it smells on you. You may think that one perfume smells great in the bottle, but as soon as you put it on yourself it may start to smell different.





If you want to choose a good perfume you should go to a store that allows you to sample perfumes (department stores, sephora, etc.) and pick out a favorite. Once you find a favorite spray it once on your wrist and if you have another favorite you may spray it on your other wrist. However, make sure you don't sample more than 3 perfumes at a time because your nose won't be able to smell the difference.





Walk around for about an hour and then smell each of your wrists again and if you like the smell and it smells good on you then you'll know it works with your body chemistry.





I don't know about what your taste in perfume is, but here are a few perfumes that you may like to try:





1. Dolce %26amp; Gabanna - Light Blue: This has a very clean, fresh scent that is not overwhelming.





2. Marc Jacobs - Daisy: If you like florals you should try this one!





3. Viva La Juicy: This perfume smells like a very sweet blend of candy and fruit. It's very fun and youthful.





4. Harajuku Lovers - G: It smells like coconuts! If you're into tropical scents, you'll like this one.





5. Britney Spears - Fantasy: This is another fun and youthful scent, it smells like delicious cotton candy!

go for how it smells on you... usualy stores like nordstroms or macys will give you a small sample or let you return the perfume if you really dont like it or if its giving you a headache even sfter it is used. those type of stores usualy have the most selectin also for you to sample on youself. :]
I have some perfumes that i wish i hadnt of brought...when you try it, make sure you give it a chance to settle on your skin. Go to other shops or something, and then smell it in half an hours time. You may have liked it at first, but find you dont like it later on. It'll save you buying perfumes you'll go off of after you've brought them.
It's definitely how it smells on you... one thing i learnt is that most people rub their wrists together when applying it but that just bruises the smell... go spray it on yourself and see how it smells. everyone's skin reacts differently. I personally love DKNY and have never had any complaints!
its all about whether you like the smell or not! as far as im concerned i buy perfume strictly based on whether or not i like the scent. Im currently using 2 Curve-Chill and Victorias Secret-Sweet Seduction Both of these are cheap! Curve can be picked up at walmart for less than $10!
it's all a matter of preference


i personally prefer florals.


you should also test out a perfume for a day or so just to see how it reacts with your body chemistry (yes, it does make a difference)
All perfumes smell different on different people. Your own body smell reacts and changes it. I love Light Blue by Dolce %26amp; Gabbana and Angel by Thierry Mulger - smell them and see if you like them too. Good luck!

Target has really nice perfumes that are not strong. They have a scent, and smell really wonderful, but aren't that strong. Hope this helps!
Can't really help you here. Just go and try some brands. If you like any of them, the you found a good perfume for yourself!
Estee Lauder sensous or Estee Lauder amber yang yang.. they smell so good!
